1. Introduction

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or making use of any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

3.1.1 Membership on perodua888 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3.1.2 Perodua888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate suspension of the Account and withholding of any Account Balance pending verification.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3.2.1 The Platform is operated for the entertainment of players in eligible markets. It is the sole responsibility of each User to ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

3.2.2 Users located in Restricted Jurisdictions are prohibited from registering accounts or accessing the Services. Perodua888 reserves the right to close any account where it is determined that the Member is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Policy

3.3.1 Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances therein.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Information

4.1.1 When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1.2 You must notify perodua888 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team via live chat or by updating your account profile where the option is available.

4.2 Account Security

4.2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. Perodua888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

4.2.2 You must notify perodua888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspected compromise of, your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.

4.2.3 Perodua888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from us requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

4.3.1 Perodua888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Members are required to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise required at our discretion. Documents accepted include, but are not limited to: Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), passport, and proof of residential address dated within 90 days.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Perodua888 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum transaction amounts:

All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

5.2 Deposit Terms

5.2.1 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account where practicable, subject to applicable fees.

5.2.2 Perodua888 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges, for which perodua888 accepts no responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility & Processing

6.1.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed the applicable KYC verification process. Perodua888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.

6.1.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically feasible. In circumstances where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal arrangements will be communicated by the support team.

6.1.3 Processing times are indicative and may vary subject to the volume of pending requests, payment provider processing times, and the status of any ongoing verification checks. Perodua888 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably practicable.

6.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

6.2.1 Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The current wagering status of Bonus Funds is displayed in the Member's Account dashboard.

6.2.2 Perodua888 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.1.1 All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and rewards offered by perodua888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific offer terms shall take precedence.

7.1.2 Bonuses are offered at perodua888's sole discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with or without notice, provided that we will endeavour to honour commitments already undertaken by Members in good faith.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.2.1 Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the stated number of times (the Wagering Requirement) on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirement multipliers vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's individual terms.

7.2.2 Where a Member holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds will be used for wagers first, unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

7.3.1 Perodua888 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, systematically exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts.

7.3.2 Where bonus abuse is determined, perodua888 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel all pending withdrawals derived from such Bonus Funds, and suspend or permanently close the Account concerned.

8. Rules of Play

8.1 All games and betting markets offered on the Platform are governed by the individual game rules and sportsbook rules published within the relevant game or market interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to play.

8.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communications failure that causes a game result to be determined incorrectly, perodua888 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the staked amount. Perodua888's decision on such matters shall be final.

8.3 For sports betting markets, perodua888 reserves the right to void bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fail to proceed under the conditions on which odds were originally offered, in accordance with the specific sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition.

8.4 Perodua888 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or close bets at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reasonable cause to suspect manipulation, mispriced odds, or other integrity concerns.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of relevant balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to circumvent platform security;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of collusion with other Members, whether through shared strategy, chip-dumping, or any other coordinated mechanism;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software or code;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with perodua888;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to the perodua888 support team;
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward perodua888 staff or other platform users.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to the perodua888 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, software, and underlying code, are owned by or licensed to perodua888. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer any interest in the Platform to any third party.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, perodua888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any financial loss arising from technical failures outside our reasonable control.

11.2 Perodua888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within any particular time frame. Planned and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Services.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Responsible Gambling
